Standard wall mount
Studs located, screen seated, levelled to ±0.2° (laser-checked twice). Cable run tidied to the console position in a clip channel. Bracket included — fixed or tilt depending on viewing angle.
Six ticket classes. Three tiers. Four pipeline states. One SLA contract. Most ticket pages on installer sites are sales decks — ours is the literal document the operator follows on site. It's where the bracket comes off the rack.
Every class has a fixed scope, a fixed price, a target time on site, and a documented exit condition. Anything not on this list goes to ops review — you'll get a custom ticket back inside the standard intake SLA.
Studs located, screen seated, levelled to ±0.2° (laser-checked twice). Cable run tidied to the console position in a clip channel. Bracket included — fixed or tilt depending on viewing angle.
Pull-down bracket so the screen drops to a viewing-correct neck height when watching. Surface temperature monitored on gas units — runbook auto-aborts if thermals exceed envelope.
Tilt-pivot-extend bracket for off-axis seating, kitchen islands, or corner sofas. Full sweep tested under load before signoff. Cable management for the swept path.
Decommission existing install, patch source wall ready for paint, redeploy target wall. Single-ticket, single-trip. Useful for moves, renovations, room reshuffles, divorces.
HDMI and signal hidden inside the wall via code-compliant in-wall kit (no power through low-voltage gangs). Power outlet relocated behind the screen. Patched ready for paint.
Soundbar bracketed below or above the screen, audio cable routed via the same channel. BYO bar — Sonos, Bose, Samsung, Yamaha. We bring the bracket, the bolts, the patience.
Tickets roughly cluster around three configurations. The middle tier is what 64% of intakes turn out to be. Final number is what we quote after intake review — but these are reliable starting points.
STD-65 single ticket. Standard wall, drywall or masonry, screen under 65". The bulk of what we run.
Larger screen, fireplace, or full-motion arm. The middle ground that covers 64% of intakes.
Large screen, in-wall cable run, soundbar bracket. The end-to-end "make the wall look like a render" ticket.
All tiers include bracket, all hardware, basic cable tidy, dust mat, dust extraction, and 12-month workmanship cover. Add-ons (CBL-IN, SND-BR) appear as separate line items on the quote so you can read the runbook end-to-end before commit.
Same six classes, in a row layout. For the operators reading this on a phone outside someone's flat, this is the version that's actually useful.
Every ticket transitions through these four states left to right. You can ask which state your ticket is in at any time — by reply, by dashboard link, or by quick call to ops.
Photo of the wall, screen model, postcode. Ticket opened, classified to a ticket class, queued for review. You receive a ticket ID by reply.
Ops reviews intake, returns a flat quote with the next two viable slots. Quote variance from final invoice is contractually zero.
Slot confirmed, operator and van pinned to the ticket. 90-minute arrival window p95 from the start of the booked window.
Runbook executed — protect, locate, drill, mount, test, tidy. You sign off on the device. Ticket closes. Receipt and warranty PDF go out automatically.
The questions that show up at intake most often, answered with the same straight reply they'd get on the dashboard. If yours isn't here, open a ticket and we'll add it.
The intake photo and the screen model carry ~95% of the relevant signal — wall surface, stud-finder reading, outlet position, geometry. We've reviewed 7,341 of them.
Where the wall is hiding something unusual (buried lintel, fire running hotter than spec, plaster-on-lath on an older building), we tell you on site before commit. Across the run, we've never charged above the quoted price. If you'd rather have voice intake, ring ops — but the photo is faster.
Realistic. Intake before 15:00 → 82% of tickets close same-day. We hold two open slots per day per operator specifically for same-day dispatch. The dashboard surfaces those slots in real time at intake.
No. The bracket is included in every flat price — fixed, tilt, pull-down, or full-motion depending on ticket class. VESA-matched at intake, load-rated for the screen weight. If you've already bought one and want us to fit yours, we will, but the ticket price doesn't change.
Reza's specialism. Pre-1940s lath behind plaster, picture rails over the studs, weird brick courses behind wallpaper — we've documented runbooks for each. Ticket price is the same. We just take a bit longer and bring the steel spanning rail across joists where needed.
On drywall, almost always. Code-compliant in-wall HDMI kit and a relocated power outlet behind the screen.
On masonry, brick, or load-bearing walls, we use a surface wall channel instead — visually the same end result, but we don't chase brick (it's a plasterer's job, not ours). If we have to drop from in-wall to channel, the +$89 add-on comes off the ticket automatically.
12 months on workmanship, full re-install at our cost. The bracket carries its own manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years) and we hand you the paperwork on signoff. Bracket warranty claims we'll administer for you — text the ticket, we send the photos and serial to the manufacturer.
After signoff. No deposit, no card on file. Tap-to-pay on the device on site, or we send a payment link by text the same evening. The invoice always matches the quote exactly — that's SLA-03 and we get paged if it doesn't.
Intake takes about 90 seconds. Photo of the wall, screen model, postcode. You'll get a ticket ID back inside the hour and a quote inside fifteen minutes during open hours.
