Terms &
conditions.
The contract underneath each ticket. Eleven short sections — quote variance, dispatch SLA, payment, warranty, cancellations, liability, and what happens if either of us doesn't keep their end. Last reviewed July 2026.
Agreement
These terms apply whenever you open a ticket with us and we quote a price. Submitting an intake and accepting the quoted figure counts as accepting the terms; no separate signature is required. We agree to fit the screen as scoped; you agree to settle the quoted price within seven days of close-out.
Quote variance
The quote returned at intake is a fixed flat figure — not a "from" price and not an upsell launchpad. It holds for 30 days from issue, after which we may need fresh intake (walls drift, families move things around).
If on-site review reveals something genuinely changing the job (load-bearing surprise, fire running outside thermal envelope, a wall hiding voids), the operator pauses before drill and you can: (a) carry on at the quoted price (we absorb the variance); (b) accept a revised quote in writing; or (c) walk away with no charge.
Dispatch & arrival
We confirm a 90-minute arrival window on slot acceptance. If we're going to miss it, you'll hear from ops the moment we know — no later than 30 minutes before window open. If we miss the window without prior comms, the install is free.
Site prep
For the operator to run the runbook efficiently, please have:
- Screen unboxed and within reach of the install location
- Access to the wall (sofas, units, mirrors moved or movable)
- A power outlet in the room (or we'll bring an extension)
- Someone 18+ on site to sign close-out
Payment
Due on close-out. Tap-to-pay on the device (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card) or payment link by text the same evening. The invoice always matches the quote.
Late: after 7 days, statutory interest at 8% above base rate plus a small admin fee. We send three reminders first, all by text.
Workmanship cover
12 months from signoff. If anything shifts, sags, drops, or otherwise stops behaving like a permanent fixture, open a callback ticket — we come back at our cost, normally within a week.
Bracket carries its own manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years). We hand you the paperwork on close-out and will administer claims with the manufacturer if they're needed.
Out of scope: damage from someone else's drilling into the same wall later, alterations made by a third party, impact damage, or structural changes made to the property after our install.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 24 hours before slot at no cost — text the ticket. Inside 24 hours: $40 diary-slot fee. If you're not on site and we can't reach you within 20 minutes, that counts as inside-24.
If we cancel, we cover any reasonable re-slot. Repeated cancellations on our side make the install free.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance to $2m. That covers anything we damage on your property during install. It does not cover: pre-existing screen defects we couldn't have known about, hidden services (electric / water / gas) outside any documentation, or losses arising from the install location being unsuitable for non-structural reasons (heat, condensation, neighbour-noise complaints, etc.).
Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at five times the ticket value. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
Consumer rights
None of these terms reduce statutory consumer rights. If anything reads that way, treat it as if it doesn't.
Data & cookies
Use of submitted data is in the privacy policy and cookies policy. Tl;dr: open the ticket, run it, delete it.
Law & disputes
Governed by the law of the jurisdiction we operate from. Most problems are resolved in the ticket thread. If not, mediation. If mediation fails, courts.
